Fire hydrant cast iron with double locking, "Premium" series
A fire hydrant cast iron underground with double locking with a flange du 100, European standard, designed for water withdrawal from urban or industrial water supply networks during fire extinguishing, refueling fire engines or ensuring other water supply needs.
The hydrant is installed in equipped wells, on a special stand for hydrants, which in turn is connected to the underground water supply network. The wells must be covered with a hatch, near the well there are signs with the inscription "PG" (Fire hydrant). To supply water, a fire column is screwed on top, with the help of which the hydrant is opened, and fire hoses are connected.
Main features of hydrants with two shut-off valves, "Premium" series:
- Hydrants have an additional ball-type water shut-off element (in the form of a ball).
